As the Head of People and Wellbeing, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and strategy, enhancing HR's value through designing and executing HR strategies, and managing all HR functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll, training, employee relations, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the firm's business objectives.
  2. Lead high-level projects on job design, reorganization, and work environments.
  3. Oversee HR-related communications, wellbeing, and cultural initiatives.
  4. Analyse HR data to recommend improvements.
