The Role

We are seeking a strategic business partner to join our People Team on a fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. Based in our support centre in London, you will be a trusted partner to the chief marketing officer, functional directors, and heads of department, understanding business performance measures and identifying how you can strategically support, influence, and drive business change.

You will be instrumental in driving business change and ensuring our customers have an organisational structure fit for purpose. This includes embedding our talent agenda and delivering effective workforce planning to ensure our customers have the resources they need.

If you are a strategic leader with a track record of partnering and influencing senior C-suite level stakeholders, have commercial acumen, and are comfortable in dealing with continuous change and ambiguity, we would love to hear from you.
