Strategic IT Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced IT Strategy Business Partner to join our Corporate IT division at Impellam Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and driving the IT strategic plan that aligns with our company's overall business objectives and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the IT strategic plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans
  • Act as a liaison between IT and the business to ensure that technology initiatives support business goals
  • Facilitate discussions with senior business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable IT strategies
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption of IT strategies
  • Ensure IT strategies comply with regulatory requirements, security policies, and governance frameworks

Key Experience

  • Previous IT Business Partner experience with particular focus on IT Strategy & Technology strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Comprehend the current IT strategy and Technology Roadmap, translate this into a directorate-focused perspective, and effectively communicate it to business areas to enable informed discussions on their priorities
  • Identify key metrics and mechanisms to measure benefits, forecast, plan, and monitor the realization of anticipated benefits from projects, programs, and product-based initiatives as predicted in the business case
  • Familiarity with various IT project delivery methods (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
