About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring educator to join our Lower School team as a Class Teacher. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering learning or teaching in a Steiner school and working with children aged 6-14 years.

As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a balanced curriculum suitable for children's age and development, based on Waldorf pedagogy and child development principles. You will also prioritize literacy and numeracy education in line with the school's Curriculum Policy.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Nurture healthy development of children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive capacities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering learning or teaching in a Steiner school setting.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to use initiative and take responsibility.
