About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Brasserie Blanc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes using fresh and seasonal ingredients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using classical French cooking techniques
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Develop and improve dishes with guidance from our experienced chefs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills
