About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Development Specialist to join our team at TrustFord. As a key member of our Sales Development team, you will play a critical role in driving national F&I performance, managing enquiry and renewals, and ensuring operational adherence to our approved sales process and policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage F&I performance KPIs and develop and implement new F&I products and services.
  • Work closely with General Managers to ensure sites complete monthly reviews based on sales process KPIs and support ad-hoc projects, group BPR reviews, and compliance status reporting.
  • Be responsible for the Group F&I budget and set compliance standards for F&I products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development team to take collective responsibility for national F&I performance, enquiry, and renewals management.
