About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leisure Duty Manager at Sandy Balls Holiday Park. As a key member of our leisure team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the operation of the leisure centre to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the centre.
  • Maintain and develop the highest levels of service and safety within the leisure centre.
  • Responsible for the security of facilities, centre presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance.
  • Process financial transactions and cash reconciliation.
  • Carry out any other duties specified by Centre Management to ensure the effective operation of the centre.

Requirements

  • Hold a current valid NPLQ and a First Aid at Work certificate.
  • Experience in backwashing and COSHH.
  • Good standard of education, ideally to GCSE standard or equivalent.
  • Works well under pressure and a good communicator.
  • Customer focused and attention to detail.
