Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing induction materials and conducting pre-employment checks.
  • Provide first-line support to employees on HR-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
