About the Job:
  • Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
  • Work with small groups or individual pupils to support their learning and development.
  • Assist in preparing classroom materials and resources.
Responsibilities:
  1. Provide targeted support to pupils with additional learning needs.
  2. Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and performance.
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to engage pupils in learning activities.
  4. Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a primary school setting.
  • Hold a qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
  • Possess an enhanced DBS check and registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary:

£28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
