- Continuously monitor profitability and implement necessary improvements based on available data.
- Drive time-to-market, margin, and cost targets for the Product Line.
- Filter incoming customer requests for applications, if required, to become projects.
- Recommend global branding and overall messaging for the Product Line.
- Product development, initiation, and support:
- Coordinate Business Case for the project/product line.
- Cooperate with global project and development teams.
- Provide product training to Sales and Customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
- Additional education in management or business administration is an advantage.
- APQP Training and Experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in the automotive sector, especially in the commercial vehicle segment.
- Experience from Change Management and Project Management is an advantage.
Benefits:
