About the Role

This role works closely with and supports the work of the SENDCo to raise standards of achievement across all curriculum areas. You will lead Nurture Provision in the Education team, serving as the Provision Lead for the school.

As SENDCo Assistant and Provision Lead, you will support inclusion work within the school, collaborating with the SENDCo, Therapy Lead, teaching, and senior staff to provide specialist support and advice. This ensures students' needs are met, and barriers to learning are overcome.

Key responsibilities include working closely with students, providing specialist support, and offering guidance to individual students and groups. Your work will be both challenging and rewarding, with the opportunity to make a significant positive impact on the lives of others.
