Depute Head Role Overview

The Depute Head plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving our curriculum and areas of development within our School Improvement Plan.

This position is responsible for:

  1. Identifying and executing learning and teaching priorities to drive academic excellence and student success.
  2. Supporting the professional development of teaching colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and training programs.
  3. BUILDING STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH OUR PARENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS to ensure collective support for students' educational journey.

Key to the success of this role is a strong understanding of complex additional support needs education. This role works collaboratively as a member of the senior leadership team within education services, driving innovation and improvement across care and education.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum
