Advanced Engineering Support Technician

We are seeking an Advanced Engineering Support Technician to join our team at Carbon60. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers, including fault diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and system repair.
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues, and maintaining a positive working relationship with our clients. You will also be expected to collaborate with the sales management team to identify and develop sales opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of laser systems, electronics, and mechanical components, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working in a similar environment and holding relevant certifications would be highly regarded.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
