Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Jenrick Engineering in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrical technician to work on heavy industrial process engineering equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, repair and improve the performance of electrical systems, including 3-phase motors, starter panels (MCC), PLCs, variable speed drives and process instrumentation.
  • Support and enforce all maintenance strategies and policies at the plant, ensuring safe operations and environmental compliance.

Requirements:

  • Time served apprenticeship or NVQ equivalent in electrical engineering.
  • National certificate (or equivalent) in electrical engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in a heavy industrial process engineering environment.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a positive, proactive attitude.

Working Hours:

4 on 4 off shift rotation every 3 sets, nights to days, with 12-hour shifts (7-7). A 16-day rest period every 6 weeks.

Estimated Salary: £47,103 per annum.
