Are you a driven Business Growth Specialist (Ocean and Air Freight) looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at WR Logistics in Dartford, London. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting our business to new and existing clients, developing and maintaining effective business relationships, and generating and following up sales leads.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the Freight Forwarding industry, with a strong understanding of Air and/or Sea Freight operations. You will be confident in your ability to build strong relationships with clients and promote our business to new and existing customers.

Key Benefits:
• Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience).
• Uncapped commission scheme available.
• Flexible working hours.
• 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
• Company car or car allowance.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Freight Forwarding Sales / Business Development Manager.
• Experience working in the UK based Freight Forwarding industry.
• Ability to bring on accounts and business with knowledge and experience with Air and/or Sea Freight.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
