Role Overview:

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at St Anne's CE Primary School. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide critical support to 2 children with an EHCP, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support 2 children with SEN in achieving academic and personal goals
  2. Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop effective strategies for supporting students with SEN
  3. Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children with SEN, be highly organised, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong commitment to child-centred education and a passion for supporting students with SEN are essential.

Salary and Benefits:

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
