Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join their team as a Homecare Support Worker in Royton.

As a Homecare Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others by providing person-centered care and support to individuals in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of the importance of dignity and respect in care provision.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care tasks, including washing and dressing, managing medications, and preparing meals. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be reliable, flexible, and able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights. A driving license and access to a vehicle are also essential for this position.
