Senior Orthopaedic Theatre Practitioner Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Scrub Nurse/Practitioner to join our dynamic Theatre Team at Medical Staffing. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in a cutting-edge facility.
About the Role:
As a Senior Orthopaedic Theatre Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-quality patient care. You will be involved in managing and organising care within our state-of-the-art operating department, working closely with top consultants in orthopaedics and other specialties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support patients through various surgical procedures with professionalism and care.
- Manage and organise care within the operating department.
- Work closely with consultants in orthopaedics and other specialties.
Requirements:
- Registered with the NMC/HCPC.
- Strong clinical skills, particularly in orthopaedics.
- Experience in orthopaedics, hip/knee arthroplasty, and ACL reconstruction is a plus, but not essential.
Benefits:
- Salary: £40,000 - £52,000 per annum (equivalent to Band 6/7, depending on experience).
- Training: SFA training provided if required.
- 6 weeks of annual leave, birthday benefits, enhanced maternity/adoption pay, free onsite parking, private medical insurance, and more.
- Flexible Hours: 5 hour shifts p/day; Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.
