Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and handling LEI claims using excellent written and call handling skills
• Investigating claim validity and managing solicitor costs to ensure policy compliance
• Liaising with external parties, including solicitors, barristers, accountants, and insurance brokers

To succeed in this role, you should possess exceptional communication skills, be enquiring and inquisitive, with the ability to evaluate legal documents and articulate complex arguments to legal professionals. A law degree and previous experience in insurance claims handling are advantageous.
