As a Substance Misuse Therapist at TipTopJob, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, providing risk assessments and recovery plans tailored to each resident's needs. You will create effective plans that address their individual requirements, helping them achieve their treatment goals.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload of residents
  • Providing risk assessments and recovery plans
  • Maintaining efficient record keeping and data collection
  • Carrying out drug and alcohol testing as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working within substance misuse services in various settings
  • Ability to engage effectively with clients, including conflict resolution and working with challenging behaviour
  • Understanding of and commitment to equality, diversity, confidentiality, and health and safety
  • Level 4 qualification in counselling or relevant field
