We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team at COREcruitment International. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and cultivating relationships with high-profile clients.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join a dynamic and growing events company. You will be responsible for leading generation, market research, client prospecting, proposal development, and pipeline management. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business development or sales within the events industry, with a proven ability to secure and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Focus on securing new business opportunities by identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value corporate and private event clients.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to uncover emerging trends, potential client opportunities, and avenues for growth in the events industry.
- Client Prospecting: Engage with prospective clients through networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events to promote our unique offerings.
- Proposal Development: Craft compelling, tailored proposals and presentations that showcase our value proposition to prospective clients.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to department goals exceeding £7M+ in year one with ambitions for continual growth.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities in our CRM system and reporting progress to management.
Benefits:
