About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Device Sales Specialist to join our Aortic Endovascular Medical Devices Team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of Gore's high-quality, innovative Aortic endovascular medical product portfolio in the North London area.

This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within the London area.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the current business within the territory, develop business opportunities, and maximize profitable sales by building on well-established relationships and acquiring new customers.
  • Proactively build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Provide high-level clinical and technical support in Gore Aortic Interventional procedures, working in the operating room or vascular interventional lab.
  • Partner with hospital departments and educational centers of excellence to deliver clinical product training, product presentations, and be accountable for your own investments budget.
  • Analyze and understand the market to successfully plan objectives, strategies, and actions according to the business unit guidelines.
  • Deal with a range of stakeholders within hospital administrations, including Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, and Purchasing Departments.
  • Attend UK and European congresses and implement local sales promotion activities to support business and educational needs.
  • Be an active member of a great and very experienced team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Medical Device Sales. Ideally with a medical engineering or clinical background in the Cardiac or Vascular Interventional or Orthopaedics environment. Degree educated in a science, technical, or clinical discipline.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and an excellent relationship builder.
  • Strong communication and commercial skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Passionate about medical device sales.
  • Natural team-playing qualities.
  • Ability to become a specialist and a consultative partner for our customers.
  • Ability to proactively plan, deliver, and follow up with customers, with proven skills enabling you to prioritize and drive the business to success.
  • Ability to undertake travel across the UK as needed (travel time: 90%) – to support the clinical needs of our customers, to attend sales meetings, conferences, and trainings.
