About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Manager for Regulatory Compliance to join our team at Mundipharma. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects and make a real impact on our regulatory affairs function.

As System Manager for Regulatory Compliance, you will be responsible for the strategy and management of all systems and data within the regulatory affairs function. This includes overseeing the RIM system, working with the IT team to ensure routine maintenance and system validation, and managing the external regulatory systems support team.

You will also be responsible for leading the ongoing strategy of the RIM system, evaluating new technologies for future enhancements and improvements, and implementing changes in regulatory guidance.

An important part of this role will be managing regulatory data ownership and reporting, as well as proactively leading data and process analysis to identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.

We are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills, who can manipulate, analyze, and interpret regulatory affairs data, creating dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to provide insights to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the RIM system.
  • Management of routine maintenance and system validation.
  • Leadership of the ongoing strategy of the RIM system.
  • Evaluation of new technologies for future enhancements and improvements.
  • Implementation of changes in regulatory guidance.
  • Regulatory data ownership and reporting.
  • Data and process analysis to identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
