Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Agency Manager to join our team at The Smartlist. As a Travel Agency Manager, you will be responsible for leading our travel business and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of travel professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the travel industry.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the travel agency, including managing inventory, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a travel or customer service environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
