Job Overview

Abercrombie & Fitch Stores is seeking a highly skilled Stockroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our stockroom department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt and processing of shipments, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the stockroom team to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the buying team to ensure accurate and timely receipt of merchandise
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our internal customers, including store teams and distribution centers

Requirements

  • 6+ months of retail experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
