Key Responsibilities:- Verify purchase orders against purchase invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Process incoming post and scan invoices to our system in a timely manner
- Post and allocate cash to the ledger, maintaining accurate financial records
- Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all transactions are up-to-date
