Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the commercialisation of EMEA Flavour Solutions projects, ensuring timely and flawless delivery. The successful candidate will manage a cross-functional team, driving innovation and speed while maintaining focus on project objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercialisation projects to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Project manage a range of projects, prioritising tasks and managing resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery speed and quality.
  • Communicate priorities and risks to stakeholders, driving action and engagement.
  • Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process through Pipeline Meetings.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Secure stakeholder support for process improvements and resolve project progression issues.

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in FMCG or related environment.
  • Proven experience in project management methodology, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.
  • Able to design and implement process improvements successfully.
  • Self-managing, results-oriented, and capable of leading multiple initiatives.
  • Able to work with CRM systems and fluent in English.
