About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Assistant to join our team at Bright Horizons Elm Grove Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our experienced team to deliver a stimulating and engaging learning environment for our children.
  • Support the daily activities and routines of our nursery, including meal times, sleep times, and outdoor play.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless transitions and a consistent approach to childcare.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our nursery's curriculum and activities.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our children at all times.

Requirements
