About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Heating Manager to join our team at Riverside. As a key member of our Property Services Directorate, you will be responsible for managing the installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of commercial heating and hot water systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of commercial heating and hot water systems.
  • Effective contract management of specialist contractors.
  • Line management of the Commercial Heating Team.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for the Commercial Heating service.
  • Provide expert advice on heating and related technologies.
  • Investigate and respond to customer complaints.
  • Drive up customer satisfaction and ensure a high-quality service delivery.
  • Support and deputise for the Domestic Heating Manager and Electrical Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum domestic and commercial heating ACS's and Part L.
  • Extensive technical expertise on heating and associated systems.
  • Extensive gas safety, contract, project, and line management experience in a social housing environment.
  • Excellent report writing and computer skills.
  • Full driving licence.
