About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Heating Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional heating services to our customers. As a key member of our Property Services Directorate, you will be responsible for managing the installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of commercial heating and hot water systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of supervisors and operatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality heating services.
  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Provide expert advice on heating and related technologies to support business decisions.
  • Investigate and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum domestic and commercial heating ACS certifications and Part L qualifications.
  • Extensive technical expertise in heating systems and associated technologies.
  • Proven experience in gas safety, contract, project, and line management in a social housing environment.
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Full driving license.
