Job Description

As a Community Neighbourhood Officer at Town & Country Housing Group, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer-focused neighbourhood housing services to our residents. You will support the Neighbourhood Services Manager in delivering services to tenants and neighbourhoods, ensuring properties and estates are well-managed and maintained with high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work on their own initiative, and previous experience managing social housing stock. They will represent TCH in the community, liaise with residents, strategic partners, and other agencies. Additionally, they will manage a patch of properties in accordance with TCH's policies and procedures, including low-to-medium level anti-social behaviour, tenancy management, and estate and contract management.

We offer a competitive salary of £37,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a contributory pension scheme, hybrid working, free onsite car parking, and extensive annual staff wellbeing programme.
