About the Role

As an Enforcement and Compliance Specialist with Transport for London, you will be responsible for enforcing compliance across our network, including buses, trains, and other modes of transport. Your primary goal is to ensure that passengers and staff adhere to rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct enforcement and compliance activities across specified modes of transport.
  • Patrol the TfL network and respond to incidents under the guidance of the CPOS Resource & Deployment Centre.
  • Monitor and report safety concerns and breaches.
  • Identify potential compliance and enforcement issues, submitting relevant intelligence reports.
  • Utilise delegated authority activities, such as CSAS and RSAS, to maintain compliance.
  • Support courtroom proceedings as required.
