Job Overview

This Estate Contract Manager position involves overseeing the performance of contractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and driving high standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing contracts, analyzing operational problems, and leading change initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Oversee the performance of contractors, negotiate contract variations, and mitigate risks to ensure value for money.
  • Supplier Audits: Conduct regular supplier audits to ensure adherence to contract KPIs and deliver performance feedback to the senior management team.
  • Commercial Strategies: Advise on commercial strategies, ensuring alignment with financial constraints, and manage commercial relationships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in operating contracts within the private/public sectors and experience working in complex procurement and finance rules.
  • Experience in working to budgets and budget planning.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve operational problems and emergencies.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage change to improve performance against KPIs.
