Job Description

Potensis seeks an accomplished Assistant Director to lead our estate management team in delivering exceptional results across high-value residential projects.

You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

  1. Drive continuous improvement in managing agents' performance, adhering to SLA requirements.
  2. Develop and implement strategic resident portal solutions for new developments.
  3. Lead the review and refinement of estate management strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
  4. Host regular stakeholder meetings to ensure project success and maintain high standards.
  5. Advise on negotiating managing agent contracts for new developments, ensuring optimal terms.
  6. Work closely with managing agents to achieve cost-effective annual service charge budgets.
  7. Ensure the aesthetic appeal of our estates through proactive maintenance planning.

An ideal candidate will possess strong property management expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to foster productive relationships with stakeholders.

Salary: £62,000 - £72,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
