Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child Welfare Advocate Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and young people, providing emotional support and creating a safe and loving home for them to thrive. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating bespoke therapeutic care packages tailored to meet the specific needs of each young person in our care.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others and be able to build strong relationships with children and colleagues alike. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide emotional support and create a safe and loving environment for children and young people
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement bespoke care plans
- Build strong relationships with children, young people, and families
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive team culture
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including comprehensive training and development opportunities, a supportive working environment, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of others.
