About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to join our team at Sewell Group, driving the technical delivery of national healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development teams to deliver high-quality products within budget and on time
  • Mentor and guide team members in best practices, code quality, and technical skills
  • Develop and implement software solutions using multiple programming languages and frameworks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., .NET, MS SQL)
  • Strong project management skills and experience delivering complex projects
  • Possess people management skills, including coaching, training, and mentoring
  • Ability to conduct line management functions efficiently, including performance measurement and appraisal
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
