About the Role:
Atrium Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of carers on shift, administering medication, and providing one-to-one support and supervision to individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering medication
- Leading a shift
- Directing a team of staff with the daily routine
- Providing one-to-one support and supervision to individuals
- Aiding all service users in need of assistance
- Promoting independency to residents with day-to-day decisions
- Working collaboratively with other staff members and professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of interventions and outcomes
- Providing emotional support and practical assistance to individuals to help them achieve their goals and aspirations
- Working closely in a holistic approach to care
- Attending social outings when required
