About the Job
As a Part-Time Health Professional with Northbank Forum for Voluntary Organisations Ltd, you will be responsible for supporting families and professionals in understanding the health and wellbeing needs of children and young people with Down syndrome. Working directly with parents, carers, and professionals in health and social care, as well as the Downright Special team, you will have the drive and passion to improve health outcomes and enhance the experience of healthcare services for people with Down syndrome.

You will develop strategies, tools, and resources to empower parents and carers to navigate the health and care system and support their child/young person's health, wellbeing, and development. With your expertise, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with Down syndrome and their families.\

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
