About the Role

Moxie and Mettle Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Bristol. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update internal order forms for distributors and customers, including UK and online orders
  • Track forecasts and orders, update spreadsheets, and liaise with marketing to ensure accurate sales page copy
  • Register distributors, ensure compliance, and answer general enquiries
  • Arrange and coordinate images, artwork, and documents for customers and send as needed
  • Assist with online marketplace and shop set-ups, uploading ranges and adding images
  • Answer e-commerce related enquiries and ensure stock levels are adequate
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales support or a fast-paced administration role
  • Excellent IT skills and great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and able to work in a busy environment
