Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at French Selection UK. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team with administrative duties and overall office support.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with entering import/export orders and maintaining the company's computer system up-to-date.
- Process and invoice sales orders, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise closely with sales, operations, and finance teams in Europe.
- Communicate daily with customers and suppliers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain cash flow by chasing customers for prompt payment via phone and email.
- Coordinate team expenses, collate overhead invoices, and order office supplies.
- Fluent in English to business level (written and spoken).
- Additional fluency in French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, or Polish is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent administration, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Will to travel within the UK and abroad (France, Poland, Spain, etc.).
