Join Our Team as a Morning Carer

Nexus Care Services is a leading provider of exceptional care services to Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding areas. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Morning Carer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications and ensure clients take prescribed doses on time.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious breakfasts according to dietary requirements.
  • Assist with light household chores, such as tidying up and laundry.
  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
  • Assist with mobility and accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings.
  • Document client care activities accurately and maintain clear and concise records.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion towards others.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
  • Completion of relevant certification or training in healthcare or caregiving is advantageous.
