We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant (Hydrology) to join our team at RPS Group in Birmingham - Newhall Street.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement drainage strategies from conceptual to detailed design stage.
Collaborate with Local Planning Authorities, Lead Local Flood Authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure effective drainage solutions.
Conduct site walkovers and perform technical duties associated with the role.
Support in completing Flood Risk Assessments and ES Chapters.
Contribute to bid preparation and fee proposals.
Research and develop new business opportunities.
Attend client and regulatory meetings.
Stay up-to-date with drainage design trends, customer awareness, and design techniques.
Support the development and mentoring of junior staff.
Required Qualifications:
Highly skilled in drainage software, including AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, and Causeway Flow.
