Job Description

This Planning Supervisor role involves:

  • Developing personal and team performance
  • Providing coaching and guidance to a team of work planners
  • Ensuring adequate resources are deployed to meet the commitment of work priorities within responsive repairs service
  • Managing and developing a team of work planners to meet service delivery demands
  • Managing the outstanding work queue in DRS
  • Managing the no access report and reasons for no access
  • Supporting management of the responsive/ Voids repairs service by providing analysis and reporting information
  • Attending meetings
  • Providing information and attending resource meetings
  • Ensuring that suitable processes and procedures are in place for the planning Teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with strong administrative skills and ability to operate a computerised database system (ideally Opti-Time). Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access) is essential. The ideal candidate should be able to work to deadlines and possess strong communication skills. Experience gained within a social housing environment is beneficial.
