Care Home Quality Improvement Manager

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Regional Quality Lead to join their team covering care homes across the North East. This role offers an annual salary of £55,000 - £60,000, private healthcare, and 33 days annual leave.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of top-notch health and care experiences for residents, boosting Home Managers to achieve the best care outcomes within the homes, developing Deputy Home Managers to ensure high-quality care and quality of life for residents, and working with Home Managers on action plans for inspections.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a background working to a senior level in care homes, with experience managing nursing and residential care homes. They will lead diverse teams to deliver quality and commercial results, understand care CQC regulations, and use management information to drive effective decision-making.
