Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Manager to join our team at Verto People. As a Senior Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality professionals and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 4 quality professionals, including a Service Administrator, Service Technician, Quality Controller, and Quality Technician.
- Coordinate activities including primary investigations, corrective action, root cause analysis, reporting, and despatch.
- Manage customer complaint investigations through to root cause and prepare suitable technical reports.
- Use FMEA, 8D, and Root Cause analysis to identify and resolve product faults and ensure quality and complaints are supported.
- Provide technical service support and root cause analysis on a range of sensors, test and measurement equipment, PED-related equipment, and ATEX products.
- Liaise with various engineering departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Quality Engineer, Quality Supervisor, Quality Team Leader, Quality Specialist, Senior Service Engineer, Service Supervisor, or Technical Support Engineer.
- Engineering qualification in mechanical, electrical, or electronic fields.
- Knowledge of FMEA, 8D, or root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of sensors, test and measurement equipment, PED-related equipment, ATEX products, valves, controls, instrumentation, actuators, meters, pipework, gas, fluids, food and dev, hydraulics, electromechanical, compressors.
- Exposure within the process industries, including oil and gas, food and beverage, pharma, chemical, petrochemical, marine, and nuclear.
