Quality Assurance Manager

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee all aspects of quality management on site, ensuring compliance with internal and company operational standards and ISO 9001/14001 certifications. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in ISO accreditation, internal audits, and continuous quality improvement methods, such as FMEA, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto Analysis.
About the Role
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting the Quality team in quality control, risk assessment, team development, and succession planning. This includes analysing and reducing the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) using Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), serving as the technical lead for New Product Introductions, establishing quality standards from the outset, and interfacing directly with customers to understand requirements and develop sustainable quality solutions.
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally hold a degree and have 5+ years of experience in leading quality-focused teams. They will have commercial acumen and strong stakeholder engagement skills, flexibility to travel occasionally to other locations on short notice, and strong organisational skills with the capability to drive team objectives.
