Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including receiving and responding to telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Update and maintain administration systems, including databases and other computer records.
- Maintain and update all relevant filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Receive, sort, and distribute post received to the section, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Provide administrative support to other teams as required, including arranging meetings, attending meetings, and taking minutes as necessary.
- Process invoices and other financial documents as required.
- Undertake scanning and uploading of documents to the intranet document library, ensuring secure and efficient storage.
- Produce correspondence as required, including letters, reports, and other documents.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
