Illuminate Recruitment Ltd is partnering with Creature Comforts, a pioneering veterinary membership service that prioritizes pet wellbeing and owner satisfaction.
We're seeking an experienced Membership Development Executive to join their mission. As a passionate animal lover with excellent interpersonal skills, you'll connect with local pet owners, foster relationships, and drive business growth.
At the heart of Creature Comforts' vision is a commitment to exceptional care, transparency, and community engagement. They're transforming the veterinary experience by creating personalized connections and memorable interactions.
Fresh from securing £7 million in funding, we're looking for a driven Membership Executive to welcome pet parents into the Creature Comforts family, ensuring they feel valued, understood, and cared for.
This role will be based at the St Albans clinic, with regular collaboration at the Edgware Road HQ. Your primary responsibility will be to craft innovative strategies to engage with local pet owners, manage the waitlist, host tours, and provide exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be an organized individual with excellent communication skills, able to balance multiple priorities and inspire a team of brand ambassadors. A salary of £35,000, complemented by a generous bonus structure, will be offered to the right candidate.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Craft and execute engaging strategies to interact with pet owners within your local area.
- Lead and motivate a team of brand ambassadors to amplify Creature Comforts' mission.
- Manage the clinic's waitlist, inviting prospective members to explore the space and services.
- Host tours and open days, creating memorable experiences that encourage membership sign-ups.
- Drive sales performance and growth opportunities, focusing on core membership and additional services.
- Be the friendly face and reliable point of contact for members, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey.
- Support high retention rates and reconnect with members to understand and address their needs.
- Build strong relationships within the clinic and broader team, contributing to a culture of care and support.
