As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in client relationship management, a strong understanding of modern print, direct mail, and UK & International Postage services, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Data, Print, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of client projects
  • Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to stay ahead of competitors and drive business growth

Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
