About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at NEXT Retail Ltd. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice on our products, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including merchandising, stocking, and displaying products.
  • Store Standards: Maintain a high level of store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
